The Role:

As our sales continue to grow and our business expands, we’re thrilled to welcome a new member to our outstanding marketing team! We’re introducing a skilled Writer role, whose primary mission will be to produce engaging and insightful articles that showcase our company’s story and values. In this role, they will be instrumental in shaping our public image, increasing brand awareness, and fostering meaningful interactions with both our existing customers and potential new audiences. By creating compelling content, they will help us connect more deeply with our community, enhance our market presence, and support our ongoing growth and success. We’re excited to see the creative ideas and fresh perspectives they’ll bring to our team, and we’re confident that their contributions will have a significant impact as we continue to expand and thrive together!

In this role you will:

  • Create content - Develop high-quality, well-researched content across various formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, technical documentation, website copy, social media posts, and email campaigns. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to different audiences.
  • Develop content strategy - Identify content gaps and opportunities to enhance the company’s online presence and thought leadership. Additionally, take charge of the content calendar to plan, schedule, and coordinate the timely publication of all content initiatives.
  • Editing and Proofreading - Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines. Ensure all content is polished, professional, and free of errors before publication.
  • Collaborate and Coordinate - Work closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
  • Certifications in Creative Writing, Content Strategy, Digital Marketing, or SEO are highly advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional writing experience, preferably within the technology, innovation, or related sectors.
  • Proven ability to create a wide range of content types, including but not limited to: blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, technical documentation. 
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization to enhance online visibility and search rankings.
  • Previous experience in roles such as copywriter, editor, content creator, blogger, technical writer.
