The Program Manager will lead every phase of program delivery, from meticulous planning through seamless execution. This role requires assisting in the creation of engaging content and event programming, coordinating with vendors to ensure smooth operations, and handling client requests with a commitment to flexibility and adaptability. By maintaining a proactive approach to program changes and client satisfaction, the Program Manager will play a critical role in delivering successful events aligned with client needs and company goals.

In this role you will:

  • Program Planning & Content Development - Develop comprehensive program plans, including content creation, timelines, and resource allocation. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and relevant program materials.
  • Vendor Management - Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services and materials. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best possible terms.
  • Client Coordination - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, requests, and preferences. Customize programs to align with client objectives and expectations.
  • Budget Management- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within financial guidelines.
  • Program Execution - Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and resource deployment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Certification in project management is preferred. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing programs from inception to completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and cost management.
