With our sales growing and business expanding, we're excited to welcome a new member to our fantastic sales team! In this role, you'll actively seek out and secure new business opportunities by identifying and targeting potential clients. You'll also focus on pursuing leads and turning them into long-term customers through effective negotiation and closing strategies. Staying ahead of market trends, continuously expanding our client base, and driving revenue growth are key aspects of this position.
Prospect and Identify Leads - Use diverse channels, including networking, cold outreach (calls, emails, social media), industry events, and inbound lead follow-up, to identify potential customers in the education technology and SaaS sectors.
Consultative selling - Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, identifying how these solutions address specific customer pain points.
Sales Process Management - Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a strong pipeline of sales opportunities, and updating activity in the CRM system regularly.
Sales Reporting - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and forecasts, providing regular reports to the Sales Manager and executive team.
